Parts and Service Team
|  | Gene Schilling, Parts Manager, joined our Team in January 2002 with prior experience as Assistant Parts Manager in another GM dealership. Gene is appreciated for his quiet, good-natured efficiency and willingness to tackle and complete internal projects while maintaining control of his parts inventory, working well with other departments and wholesale and retail customers, keeping up with the demands of new technology and running his department smoothly. Gene’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, golf and collecting military equipment. |
| | |  | Tim Wormet, Service Manager, older son of founder Bud Wormet, has worn many hats at A-F Motors. Since his official start date in March 1985, he has worked in nearly every area of dealership operations—sales, vehicle ordering, detailing, plowing, inventory and lot management, parts, warranty and service—developing a well-rounded, long-standing, deep-rooted, soft-hearted loyalty to his dad’s business standards of honesty and trust. His ultimate goal is providing the best in excellent service; his reward is happy customers. Tim’s hobbies are fishing, hunting and sports—especially watching his kids. |
| | |  | Todd Sundsmo, Service Writer, an Adams-Friendship native, rejoined the A-F Motors Team for the second time in October 2007 after working out of town for several years. With ambitious creative ideas, great attitude and genuine rapport with people, Todd has advanced from lube technician to the service desk where he meets and greets customers, interprets their needs, schedules appointments, answers the phone, updates customer history and generally greases the wheels of an efficient Service Department. Todd enjoys Derby Cars, bowling, spending time with his son and flying. |

Service Technicians |  | Mike Anderson, Shop Foreman and Senior Service Technician, has been honing his natural mechanical skills at A-F Motors since April 1989, training and maintaining GM and ASE Certification as a Master Auto Technician including installation and operation of Boss Snow Plows. Mike is highly respected by his teammates for his wisdom, experience, speed and accuracy in diagnostics, efficiency in repairing things correctly the first time and leadership in the shop. Off-duty, Mike enjoys walking with his dogs, gardening, cutting wood and cooking. |
| | |  | Larry Challoner, Service Technician, joined the A-F Motors Team in September 2004 with an avid interest in autos, tech-school training in welding and mechanical experience in small engine repair. Larry has completed field service training for setting up and repairing our Toro products. He inspects and refurbishes our pre-owned vehicle inventory, closely following Wisconsin requirements for vehicle safety and accurate vehicle disclosure. Larry’s enjoys watching Nascar and anything to do with auto racing. |
| | |  | Kris Bleecker, Service Technician, came to A-F Motors in 2006 to gain professional experience under the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program: Skills for the Future. After high school and two years of further education at South West Tech, he returned in June 2009 as a full-time technician. Kris has completed his final college courses and all requirements necessary to meet the high standards of distinction for full GM and ASE Certification. Kris’s hobbies are working on cars and snowmobiling. |

Detail Department — “Rejuvenation Station”
|  | Jeff Wormet, Detail Specialist, came to work for his Uncle Bud in April 1997 and has done various jobs around the dealership including lube technician, building and lot maintenance projects and picking up and delivering cars and mowers. Because of his meticulous eye for perfection, he excels with his work in cleaning, buffing and polishing vehicles for the lot and for our customers. During off-duty hours, Jeff enjoys shooting pool and darts, hunting and snowmobiling. |
| | |  | Tiffany Fenske, Detail Specialist, joined the A-F Motors Team in October 2009 with zeal and experience in detailing. With her terrific attitude, highly efficient use of time and enthusiasm for turning out an abundance of sparkling, spotless vehicles, she has added an element of hustle and pride to the Detail Department. Co-workers appreciate her team-player spirit; customers praise her efficiency. Again, see the before and after photos for amazing evidence of what can by done by our Rejuvenation Station. Tiffany’s hobbies include cooking, hunting, fishing, training her dogs and, alas, cleaning. |
